If in the event that we DO NOT have an available party at your requested date and time a refund will be issued to you immediately.

Booking Terms & Conditions:
Deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
Time and or Date alterations may incur additional charges.
All private parties must have a ratio of 1 Parent per 5 Children in attendance.
Balance payment due the Tuesday PRIOR to your booking. PayPal payments incur a 4% fee. Credit Card payments accepted over the phone applicable charges apply.
Please speak to one of our Party Girl Office Crew if you would like to pay your party in instalments.

Please ensure that your booking caters for the number of children that have been invited to your party. (not the number that you estimate will attend or participate) times listed are approximate.

Other areas are available , however travel fees may apply.
Competition, Use of Information Terms & Conditions
By participating in our competitions (Competition) in Australia, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you cannot participate in the Competition or be eligible for any prizes offered in the Competition. The Competition is offered by Bencom Pty Limited ABN 14 159 964 568 663 (‘us’, ‘we’, or ‘our’).
We may amend these terms and conditions in our absolute discretion.
1 Eligibility
(a) Entry is open to residents of Australia over the age of 16 years, excluding our employees and officers or any agency associated with the promotion of the Competition and their immediate families. All persons under the age of 18 years must obtain and be able to demonstrate the consent of a parent or guardian before entering the Competition. The parent or guardian agrees to these terms and conditions.
(b) If you breach this clause 1, you will not be eligible to win any prizes.
2 Entries
(a) A person may enter the Competition by:
(i) entering required details in to the provided tablet, filling in paper forms provided, or using
the QR code provided.
(iii) correctly completing and successfully submitting all information requested.
(b) Entry into the Competition is free.
(c) Incomplete or non-conforming entries will be deemed invalid.
3 Competition period
(a) The Competition commences as stated per individual competitions offered and concludes as stated per individual competitions offered
(b) Winners will be notified as stated per individual competitions via the email address and or social media announcement provided in the winning Competition entry.
4 Prizes
(a) For the purposes of this clause 4, an “Eligible Individual” is a person who has complied with the terms and conditions.
(b) The prizes are as follows:
(i) 1 x $200 Party Girl Party Voucher for use toward a children's private party as offered by Party Girl World Melbourne . The voucher is valid for a 12 month period from the drawn date. Bookings are Subject to availability. Not redeemable for Cash. Not available on all items or services. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers.
(c) The winner may receive a maximum of one Prize for the Competition.
(d) Following the Competition Period, we will contact the winner via the entrant details provided in the winning Competition entry. Social media announcements may also be made
(e) The winners must make contact to claim prize within 28 days.
(f) A Prize will be delivered to the winner within 14 business days of the winner contacting to claim prize
(h) Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. If a Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, we reserve the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any regulations.
(i) A Prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
(j) By accepting a Prize, a winner (and their parent/guardian) agrees to comply with all conditions of use of the Prize, and to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the Prize.
(k) We reserve the right to request the winners provide proof of age and identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at our discretion.
(l) Prizes may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, we may, at our absolute discretion, withdraw that Prize. Where a Prize or any part of a Prize has been withdrawn in accordance with this clause no refund, substitute or compensation will be offered and the winner and any person who has purchased or otherwise bears that Prize will be refused service.
5 Liability
(a) If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
(b) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by Australian law, we and our officers, employees and agents exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(i) the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods or services by any person to the Prize winners and, where applicable to any persons accompanying the Prize winners;
(ii) the conduct of the competition and any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control);
(iii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(iv) any prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by us) due to any reason beyond our reasonable control;
(v) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
(vi) participation in the Competition; and/or
(vii) redemption and/or use of a Prize.
(c) To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of us or our officers, employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the Prize supplied again.
6 Intellectual property
Each participant acknowledges and agrees that, in the event they are one of the winners we may use, modify, and disclose:
(a) your name publically within advertising and/or our Website and social media pages in connection with the Competition;
(b) your name, likeness, image or voice (including photograph, film or recording) in any media (including making them available on our Facebook or other social media pages); and
(c) all information provided by you to us at any time (including at entry) (Material),
for an unlimited time, anywhere in the world, without further reference, payment or any other compensation to you for the promotion of any of our products or services, including sending you electronic messages.
7 Privacy
(a) We collect your personal information for the purpose of promotions including but not limited to this specific competition and determining and notifying Prize winners
(b) COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We only collect information about individuals that is necessary for us to carry on our business functions. We will collect personally identifiable information from you when you knowingly provide it to us, including:
While you navigate through certain pages of the Site, when you make a purchase on this Site, create a user account on the Site, or provide information via our various social media channels;
When you participate in a survey, promotion, offer, competition or other activity that we may conduct;
When you sign up to receive our news letter or any other correspondence that we may issue from time to time;
When you fill out a form or contact us via email, in person, over the phone, fax or internet or otherwise send information to us, including when you make a request/enquiry of us; or
In relation to recruitment or prospective employment with us including job applications, references and related materials.
We may also collect your information from other customers, such as your related bodies corporate, associates, friends or family, if they request us to provide goods or services to you.
The information we may collect depends on the nature of our relationship with you. Personal information includes, among other things, an individual's name, postcode, address, telephone number and email address or other Internet address. We also may ask you for your date of birth, gender, and information about your interests and other personal information so that we can combine such information with the information described above.
Importantly, in some circumstances if you do not provide the information that we request, you may not be able to engage with us. For example, if you refuse to provide some personal information as may be requested during an online purchase transaction, you may not be able to complete your purchase.
(c) You acknowledge and agree with therms and conditions as listed below in regards to USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

To fulfill your order, or process your request or enquiry or for billing and payment purposes;

Where personal information is collected from competitions/promotions/offers and similar activities, to send you promotional and marketing material or for the purposes of coordinating the competition/promotion/offer or activity (e.g. fulfilling prizes, announcing/publishing winners in any media, etc);
For marketing and promotional purposes including to send you promotional and marketing material which promotes the business and services of Bencom Pty Ltd and all subsidiary companies and associates.
To better design our Site and to improve our marketing strategy and products;
Where personal information is collected in connection with recruitment, solely for the purpose of evaluating whether your background and experience makes you a candidate for employment with Bencom Pty Ltd, and related recruitment purposes; or
To deal with any enquiries or complaints or for customer support purposes.
When competitions are run in conjunction with clients of Bencom Pty Ltd your entry details including your personal information submitted will be shared with corresponding client/s
(d) If you do not wish to provide us with the personal information requested under clause 2, then you may not be eligible to take part in the Competition.
8 Queries
(a) Any queries regarding the Competition should be directed to assist@bencom.net.au
(b) If for any reason any aspect of the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of weather, earthquakes, terrorism, environmental events, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, infection by computer virus, telephone network failure, bugs, or any cause beyond our control, we may in our sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or delivery of any Prizes, or invalidate any affected entries.
(c) Without limiting any other paragraph, we may cancel the Competition, delivery of any Prize or part thereof, or amend any aspect of this Competition or of these terms, subject to applicable laws and subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in each relevant jurisdiction, if required.
9 Disputes and survival
(a) The laws of Australia apply to the Competition and these terms and conditions. You irrevocably submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts in connection with the Competition and these terms and conditions.
